c) the recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data, if any;

d) categories of personal data concerned;

e) where applicable, the fact that intends to transfer personal data to a third party, third country or international organization.

9.3.2 In addition to the information referred to in Clause 9.3.1, shall, at the time when personal data are obtained, provide the User with the following further information necessary to ensure fair and transparent processing:
